Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation and Return Process: Should you wish to cancel your purchase, please advise us in writing, and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned undamaged in the original packaging within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Refund for Unavailability: The provision of goods and services by Duraflex CC is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Duraflex will refund the client in full within 30 days. Please note that Duraflex does not accept refunds on custom-made orders.

Refund Inspection: Refunds will be processed once we have inspected the returned product to ensure it is complete and in its original condition.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Return the product in its original packaging to any store or send the product via a shipping courier to your nearest store.
2. Label the package with your name and contact information.
3. Include a copy of the original invoice and your banking details for a full refund if approved.

Inspection and Warranty Policy: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to address your return issue. We will either replace the product or take the necessary actions under our warranty policy.
